Well, as you can see, the idea isn't mine. I based it on the tail of Hantama or Spirit that Pokemon Vega has on its back. As I said in my profile information, I don't intend to harm anyone, just to recreate what I see in my own way and, at the same time, allow others to use it as they like, in a non-commercial way.
