Need feedback on Cuban videos viewing in the Fediverse

I have seen links to #FacebookReels created by various Cuban sources (govt., individuals, groups). I get these on non-Fedi social media from Cuba solidarity activists.

When viewing the reel in FB, there is always a Download prompt, and the Reels are not copyrighted art, just news- and politics-related videos.

I have checked, and if someone uses the URL and doesn't have an FB account, the FB web page will prompt for a FB signup. If they click away from the dialog box, the Reel will appear and can be played.

I'm wondering if I download the Reel from FB (that's OK) and copy it to a Peertube server, would more Fedizens be likely to view it, compared to just providing a direct link to the FB Reel?

If yes, how many more, percentage-wise? I don't have unlimited free storage on the server I use, so I would need to delete them after some time.

Please let me know your thoughts.
