Heather EvansEnjoyed a Hatha yoga class this morning. It’s the first time I’ve done this particular class & I enjoyed it. I like the Yin yoga as well, now I just have to try the Vinyasa class & I’ve done all three on offer from Les Mills. I seem to be leaning more towards these type of classes lately including Balance & stretch rather than the more physical weights classes although I like them too.
I’ve also been to pick up my new glasses & am struggling a little with them. It may be my eyes getting used to the new & stronger lenses or something isn’t quite right. I’ll persevere but next couple of days will tell me one way or another. Ok for doing normal everyday things, but reading & writing is where I have the problem - wait & see 🤓.
I have also bought a couple of new pots for my indoor plants as they’d outgrown the old ones & I wanted a fresher & lighter look. The repotting is done & I’m happy with them. Now I’m eyeing off another indoor plant & thinking it would be nice to update that pot as well. #Yoga #Exercise #EyeCare #Plants.
