This snowstorm/blizzard event that started Tuesday morning has had a bit of everything including; thunder, freezing rain, snow flurries, regular rain, hail, patchy fog, graupel, 26 foot high huge ice floe filled waves on Lake Superior, an ice storm so intense all my north and east facing widows were totally glazed over (a first for me here), sleet being pounded into your house at over 60 mph, intense massive snow squalls, drifting snow, howling wind gusts nearing 70 mph.
