$5 is absolutely bonkers for the amount of content you get in this setting.
One of my all-time favorite sandbox / setting books. The layout is superb. The way the information is presented is excellent. Just enough info for tons of quest ideas without going into an unusable amount of detail.
Def worth (much more than) $5.
