They can handle "most of Canada" if you exclude that portion which lies between the Rocky Mountains and Hudson Bay, plus parts of northern #BC, #Ontario, #Quebec, #Newfoundland, and #Labrador, totalling 7-8 million people.

"They can handle Norway, they can handle #Canada" - no. The situation is *completely* different. The #Canadian #prairies and the north are *much* colder than Norway. Norway's temperature is moderated by the ocean and other factors; the prairies are an inland steppe climate, like Siberia. You can check this yourself; the data is everywhere online.

More importantly, the population density of #Norway is *much* higher than the Canadian prairies, which in turn is much higher than the Canadian north. If I parachute-drop you at random over northern #Saskatchewan or #Manitoba, there's a good chance you'll land tens or hundreds of kilometers from the next nearest human. In such territory there is *no* electrical #infrastructure, much less stuff suited for fast charging stations. And you know what *does* go through these vast #unpopulated areas?

Roads. That people have to drive on, to get to and from the communities and industrial sites and recreation areas that dot the entire province. Driving hundreds of kilometers without a gas station is *common*. In winter - remember, 5-6 months - #EVs just won't do that.

Why is it so hard for the #religious #EV #evangelists to admit that gee, not everyone's situation is like their life?

Pray tell, what could have been her thought process? Did she believe that, at the moment of her ascent, neither her residence nor her vehicle would be of any consequence? If so, what was the purpose of selling them? To carry the proceeds with her? Is that even permissible? And what of customs at those gates?
