Passengers at #London #Euston will see a series of upgrades this spring as Network Rail continues improvements at one of the UK’s busiest stations. From 2 March, the Assisted Travel Lounge will be refurbished, increasing seating from 18 to 27 and upgrading lighting, flooring, furniture and information screens. During the works, assistance will operate from a temporary area near platforms 11 and 12.

A two-week trial of adverts on the outer panels of the main departures screen will begin, with the central section reserved for train information. Any revenue will be reinvested.

Later in March, a new customer service hub will open on the concourse, bringing staff together in one visible location. Additional seating will also be added on the concourse and mezzanine, including improvements to the quiet lounge.

Euston railway station is a major central London railway terminus and connected London Underground station managed by Network Rail in the London Borough of Camden. It is the southern terminus of the West Coast Main Line, the UK's busiest inter-city railway. Euston is the tenth-busiest station in Britain and the country's busiest inter-city passenger terminal, being the gateway from London to the West Midlands, North West England, North Wales and Scotland.

London is the capital and largest city of both England and the United Kingdom, with a population of 9.1 million people in 2024. Its wider metropolitan area is the largest in Western Europe, with a population of 15.1 million. London stands on the River Thames in southeast England, at the head of a 50-mile (80 km) tidal estuary down to the North Sea, and has been a major settlement for nearly 2,000 years.
