A lot of my #food comes from #UK (hooray). #Spain (good fresh and in #europe1 and South Africa or further afield.
As an urban grower (seedlings under lights already) I am very limited. Trying to persuade family to use intensive growing and composting at least. I have three compost bins. I have cherry wood decaying all over our tiny 30ft garden.
End of April may get some #seedlings outside. Herbs such as chives, Greek basil etc.
The slugs are getting frisky and our irises (from a neighbour leaving them out for free take away grown in pots. May #flower this year. We have an ancient crop of lily of the valley about to bloom...
Nature is resilient.
Are you an urban food grower? How's it going?
