EUCO conclusions on Middle East give plenty of cynicism opportunities, but at least:
"The European Council deplores the continuing catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza and calls on Israel to allow immediate, unimpeded access and sustained distribution of humanitarian assistance at scale....
