2017 Whimsical - Lost And Found [Sleep To Dream]

來自美國的 Shoegaze 樂團 Whimsical，為 1999-2005 年間活躍於芝加哥的 Indie 樂團。這個起源於 80 年代中早期的 Post Punk 次流派樂風，在本世紀初僅能收穫少數另類樂迷的關注。

也因此，Whimsical 於 2000 年發表首張專輯《Setting Suns Are Semi-Circles》後，沉寂了十多年，才由主唱與吉他手於 2016 年完成第二專輯《Sleep To Dream》的後製工作（2004 年錄音）。

2017 年發佈的首支單曲〈Lost And Found〉全然是 Cocteau Twins、Lush 一系 Dream Pop 的延續，歌詞結構嚴謹，旋律浪漫迷人，Krissy 神似 Dolores O'Riordan 餘音繞樑的聲線表現，更為甜美夢幻的《Sleep To Dream》增添一抹亮麗色彩。
