As a licensed esthetician in California, I’m telling you 99% of the skincare products out there are GARBAGE and do WAY more harm than good.

Like food, keep the ingredients simple !

Personally, I love castor oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, extra virgin coconut oil, and tallow lotion

I find that different oils and butters work best for my skin during different times of the year, and that mixing them is extra luscious during cold, dry winter.

Gentle reminder: our skin is ALIVE and “eats” everything we come in contact with, especially skin care.

So we should only put things on our skin as close to its natural form as possible.

But don’t take my word for it— swap out the fake stuff for the real stuff and see how you look and feel !
