When I make an espresso martini, I double the amount of coffee relative to the rest of the ingredients, and call it a martini espresso instead.
I even serve it in an espresso cup 🍵

¾ oz Amaro Meletti (sub Nonino)
¾ oz Blended Aged Rum ❸

When IG coachvinococktails posted this, I knew I had to shake it up pronto. I made some cold brew with my Nomad subscription last week, and had a little left when the weekend came. Why not turn it into a brunch cocktail? I had to sub Meletti with Nonino since I had it on hand, bringing both citrus and somehow an amaretto note to the mix. Instead of dusting with salt, I added saline into the drink. An easy one to gulp down!
