Ik ben benieuwd of je deze Brillat-Savarin hoger, lager of op gelijk niveau zou inschatten dan époisses.

@lionelb From the northern Burgundina town of the same name, #Époisses is one of the best cheeses on the planet. Period!

It turned up at our supermarket locally, but sadly, at $22 per pound, there obviously weren’t many takers, and Kris and I can only eat so much. 😞

Is it stinky? Yes! 👍

Is it delicious? You betcha! 😋
