"Maybe" you need do it differently or do something else or for something else ( rearely possible if you work for what you need and not what you want)

A gov employee riding a scooter was collecting beer bottles on the way to sell them in scrap , there was no other effort ta group of rag picking kids could have competed with if they were to distribute the earning amongst them fairy. If one of em d get irrationally impulsively ambitious, he d end up betraying his group ( irrational for him ) or stealing or if was the group leader , he could ve gottent the group to rob the man ( again irrational as the men wasnt doing anything illegal they d ve and they d lesser chances of escaping the long term consequences in any case )
Last point maybe system is designed to keep your class on the margins and their expectations in check. I
Doing something else without a clear strategy isnt the answer either
I think that need be the basis of #reservation in #jobs and not an #aadhaar card .
Also India needs smart villages
