Since October 2023, dozens of Palestinian herding communities have been displaced due to state-backed settler violence in total impunity. This forcible transfer is a war crime. States must act now and live up to their legal obligations to cooperate to bring Israel’s unlawful occupation to an end and to dismantle its system of apartheid against Palestinians.
