Ok, now I'm doing this #klipper thing the hard way after all. Installed #MainsailOS on a #RaspberryPi 3B, generated the firmware for the S1 Pro and managed to flash it after 10 attempts. Mounted an S2DW to configure input shaping (had to generate firmware for that too - it has a RasPi 2040 chip onboard), leveled the bed and set up a webcam for time-lapses. Not too bad for one long evening! Now I just need to tweak everything so I can reap the speed benefits of Klipper!

Little bit annoyed with Creality. I thought I'd take the easy route and get the Nebula Kit to upgrade my Ender-3 S1 Pro to Klipper, I even specifically asked their chat support on the official website if those are compatible or if I should get the Sonic Pad instead. Yes, yes, it's all supported. But nope, when you get to the step where you're trying to plug a 1x6 pin plug into a 2x5 pin socket, you realize you've been lied to...

With and without input shaping on my 3D printer. It makes a massive difference in being able to print at high speed. Cut my draft prints from like 6 hours to 2 hours.
Installing Klipper was pretty easy, the calibration took a bit of time but it was worth it.

Hier ist mein komplett umgebauter Druckkopf. Zwei neue Lüfter und Touch Sensor nun auf Höhe der Nozzle (y-offset = 0).

Alles viel leiser und mehr Luft am Bauteil.

Hm, wie druckt man diese Luftnummer? Die Brücke (blaue Linien), machen einen Bogen.

Mit normalem Support unmöglich zu erreichen.

Tree-Support windet sich durch die Gänge, aber wie bekomme ich das wieder raus?
