Senior Citizens Day honors the lifetime contributions and wisdom of older adults while shining a light on urgent challenges they face, like isolation, limited healthcare access, and ageism. The 2025 theme, “Empowering Elderly Voices for an Inclusive Future,” calls for listening to seniors, removing barriers to participation, and making homes, services, and public spaces truly age‑friendly.
