Good news for Hell's Kitchen (really Clinton) - Lincoln Market's signed a 20-yr lease to take the old bowling alley, 42nd/ 12th. At 35K sq ft (!) it'll be the biggest grocery in Manhattan, among the biggest in the 5 boroughs. We're also getting a Whole Foods, 50th/ 8th where the Rite Aid used to be (9K sq ft). Woo-Hoo.
