E-mail is really hard for me. 3 e-mail accounts. High volume. Seeing patients a lot of the time, so can't really respond thoughtfully.

I have not been sure whether a global autoreply would be a good idea, but don't want to be dismissive either. I got an autoreply today that is both encouraging and discouraging in this regard:

"Thank you for your email. If it requires a response, you will receive one in due course."

Thoughts?

For a *brief* moment at work today, I had zero unread emails. A colleague came to my desk to go over something with me and questioned whether I truly had zero unread emails and she was incredibly impressed. I told her it won’t last long. And I was right. Sigh. 📧

Its time to start unsubscribing from random email lists I’ve somehow gotten on.
I’ve just deleted a couple of hundred emails which I received over the last two days. (Personal account, doesn’t include business emails)
