A group of vegans set up a booth at place vauquelin to hand out samples (purportedly) of #Elwood “organic dog-meat” (it was a vegan faux meat).
Then another #vegan group, apparently not in on the joke, showed up to protest the company farming dogs.

The Elwood community has been asking for a safe crossing on Glen Huntly Road for 15 years.
We took the local councillors to look at the crossing in 2018. It would allow kids to safety reach the school grounds out of hours when the crossing supervisors attend, and help all users of the popular canal path.
