The European Elopement Guide wants to do a feature of me on their IG profile, so I went through my wedding work and rediscovered some treasures (and a lot of memories) I haven't published anywhere yet.

Things start to slowly move into the directions I push them since a couple of weeks. Biggest burden is to overcome the cage of thoughts, opinions and self-doubt I've created around me over the last 3 years. Things that 'should not work', things that 'are to late to chase', things where 'I'm too old' or have 'no energy' for.

I did struggle with energy though. Before the pandemic it feels I was at peak creativity, energy and motivation. I felt into a hole afterwards. The whole world changed afterwards; and so did my environment - friends, jobs, love.

In 2025 I started reclaiming my life and made some bold personal decisions. With that my energy came back day by day. And I'm very happy to see the results of this is now laying a path that is easier to walk.

A family elopement at the North Sea coast. They decided to get married on their own and without guests. It was a day of their choice: a quiet civil ceremony with their daughter and then heading towards the beach for some images to remember.
