I just finished reading this. There are plenty of LOL moments, such as the get-well card for the hated boss. There are also heart-warming subplots, such as Elizabeth's friendship with Harriet. Calvin's back-story was quite a complex piece of logic, which had to be explained by a detailed monologue that seemed contrived. That was the only bit I found weak.
#ElizabethZott is a great character. It's lucky that she ended her TV career when she did, because I was worried that her fame might go to her head.
