Jasmine Trinca è al cinema con il nuovo film “Gli occhi degli altri”, insieme a Filippo Timi. Per l’occasione l’attrice è stata ospite ieri, 21 marzo, a “Verissimo” e ha raccontato di aver passato dei momenti difficili in passato. “Ho subito molestie – ha svelato a Silvia Toffanin -. Le ho subite come le hanno subite molte mie amiche e sorelle. Ho incontrato persone che, se le incontrassi adesso, saprei reagire in un altro modo. Però va bene quello che è stato e come sono stata. Non bisogna avere un giudizio. L’idea è quella di rovesciare la vergogna, non dobbiamo essere noi ad avere vergogna”.
L’attrice è da sempre in prima fila contro la violenza sulle donne: “Ci tengo perché mi ricordo quando pensavo di non potere dare voce in questo senso. Voglio trasmettere a una giovane donna la possibilità di riconoscersi. Il consenso è un tema molto importante. Non bisogna avere paura di smascherare un bruttissimo esercizio di potere che a volte si declina sulle donne”.
La trama di “Gli occhi degli altri”
Il film, già nelle sale, “Gli occhi degli altri” è ambientato nella bellezza selvaggia di un’isola posseduta da un ricchissimo marchese (Timi), l’arrivo di Elena (Trinca) segna l’inizio di una appassionata storia d’amore. Complicità e trasgressione, sesso e potere, in un film liberamente ispirato alla cronaca dell’Italia degli Anni ’60, in cui il gioco erotico scivola nell’ossessione.
“Gli occhi degli altri è un film su un passato decadente, che affonda le sue radici nel fascismo, – ha affermato il regista Andrea De Sica nelle note della pellicola – può essere la lente con cui guardare il nostro presente tragico e irrisolto. Non un film d’inchiesta, quindi, né una crime fiction, ma un film che parte dalla cronaca per andare a ricercare qualcosa di diverso, senza nessun tipo di approccio nostalgico al passato.
