#Hobbytagebuch Eintrag Nummer 10:
Heute habe ich den 4ten #Ork Flieger zusammengebaut und die Bases von gestern mit Contrastpaint angepinselt.
Außerdem hab ich die #resinprint Drucke gewaschen, die hier schon eine Weile liegen und die beiden #Elegoo Drucker sauber gemacht.

The issue with my Elegoo Ultra 16K is back, and I have tracked down to Z-axis judder (i.e. stepper motor skipping), which seemed to happen every time it changes direction.

Stripped down and greased and run up/down hundreds of times, and seems to maybe have cleared.

Now for a test print

Watt ein Scheiß .....

seit heute vormittag zickt der 3Ddrucker rum .....

Eben hab ich den Fehler gefunden, natürlich nachdem ich zehntausend mal das Bett nivieliert, die Düse gewechselt und vieles mehr probiert hab. 🤬

Dabei war ich beim installieren des Druckers in der Software ein Model verrutscht. Statt des Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro hab ich den Elegoo Neptune 4 ausgewählt 😵‍💫

Ich könnt kotzen und deswegen geht mir ein halber Tag flöten.

Owing to my shadows of brimstone addiction, I decided to try making another token box using my 3-D printer. This one came out a lot better and I like the shape, plus the lid. It took around six hours to print in water washable resin, but I could have done it faster. If I wasn’t such a perfectionist who needed 0.05 mm layers.🤣
My printer is a Mars 3 Pro. Hoping it lasts forever as I don’t like the newer models at all. Too many “bells and whistles” on them for my liking.

Ok, Elegoo I know breaking the screen was my own fault, but it’s a consumable, I should not have to strip the printer down to this in order to replace it

Also very naughty with the hot glue on the cables that need unplugging
