Second funeral in 2 weeks for my family, ugh. I left #Buffalo early so I could hit up a charging station now, rather than on my way home #ev #chargingstation #electrifyamerica
@milkinaflask Most of the charges were with #ElectrifyAmerica. I had one instance where the NFC reader was broken, so I couldn’t tap to authenticate. I had to use the app the start the session. The one non-EA charger I used had a broken credit card reader, so I had to scan a QR code to pay on a website. Otherwise the charges all started quickly after authentication/payment.
Testing out my #NACS adapter on the #Polestar3. Other than #Superchargers costing a lot more than an #electrifyamerica to charge worked ok. only got about 72KW max and was at 22% when I plugged in.
But why does the #ElectrifyAmerica app not show current charging stats via Android Auto passthrough?

Five charging stops, one food stop and 782 miles later, we’re home! Cost about $130 in electricity.

Good news is that EA’s chargers were all working today (though the first post we used at Panoche was slower than it should have been, and we moved when one of the others opened up).

Only a couple of lines today too, and only short waits despite some inconsiderate chargers

Last session was under 110 kW average, 133kW peak. On a supposedly 350kW post. #fail #electricvehicles #ElectrifyAmerica
Oh my. Seven cars ahead of us. 3/4 chargers working, and none of the #ElectrifyAmerica 350kW chargers actually deliver that now. All of the new ones we’ve used have been “balanced” and it looks like they share maybe 500kW between them. Last location was only delivering 225kW between three posts, all labeled as “up to 350kW”.
Really annoying when people are sitting here well past 80%. Trying to charge to 100% when there is a line waiting is really inconsiderate. #ElectrifyAmerica should really implement the penalty fees they talked about.
First charging stop was good. Second one we are lining up. #ElectrifyAmerica really need to build out more posts at each location. Having just 4 is not going to cut it.
