Your wishing will not make the Electoral College disappear. The only way to eliminate the #ElectoralCollege is with the passage of a Constitutional Amendment. That will never happen because it cannot be passed without the approval by states that would be agreeing to reduce the political power of their citizens. They will never voluntarily do that.
