BecLFCMy 15 year old dog keeps waking me up early. She's nearly blind, totally deaf and her back legs are giving up. She whines a lot. It's like having a newborn again.

bedastBenson has, basically, resorted to just jumping over the step when going down from the porch. This is a bit concerning because if he misjudges the jump, he could hurt himself, as he’s done in similar situations in the past (like when I learned what “degloving” is…don’t look it up if you don’t know).
He’s climbing up it fine, though. Still getting used to it, but figuring it out.
Just wish he’d walk down it normally.
