Any tips for older kitties with arthritis in their back legs? ❤️ He’s been put on painkillers for a few days to see if that helps, I’ve got him a little ramp to aid getting up and down from his favourite sofa and window spots, and a little heat pad to lie on when he fancies it.

Usually we'll open the shutters when the sun has risen. If we haven't done so she will nag us until we open the shutters and then spend quite a while enjoying the warmth of the sun.

Doublesax@[email protected] If it doesn't work putting the meds into the wet cat food then there are products like FeliGum which is a bit like a "play dough" for wrapping the pills into it. That way the taste of the pill will be masked. It takes a bit of time though to figure out the way and also the product which suits one's cat.--- As Buddy has also heart trouble and arthritis I've been there, done it, worn the t-shirt... ;-)
