Since my mom refuses to discuss a plan, my husband and I are planning without her, and we are becoming... devious. At the next neurologist appointment, I will be asking her doctor about a therapist referral (she doesn't need him to write one. She is not willing. I'm tattling in a way I don't get into too much trouble), and I'm going to ask HIM what steps we should take next. Since she refuses to discuss that, too. I want to discuss it because she is going to have to live with us and it's better to do this while she still has a say.

Now, I just have to find an affordable place to live. Accessible apts are TOUGH to find. I want a head start.
