At this point, most functioning democracies would have actively intervened to remove a leader who is clearly unfit for office.

As would families when one of their members threatens harm and exhibits increasingly concerning behavioural patterns akin to #Dementia diseases such as Frontal Lobe, Lewy Body etc.
Family members in this instance could be held to account for #ElderAbuse , especially when benefiting financially.
