Quite pleased with myself. Only a game, but it was tough. If anybody is in the unlikely same place I was with #EldenRing, I highly recommend sticking with it (or starting again) and building your character properly. I have it firmly in my top 10 games now.

i just had an epiphany.
all #FromSoft souls games (and Sekiro) are about vampires! (seriously)

#Bloodborne - heavily inspired by Fevre Dream, in which vampires are described as "beasts" with "pale blood", and one creates an elixir to cure their "red thirst" (parallels to beasthood and the healing blood)

#DarkSouls - in addition to playing as an undead and absorbing the life force of those you kill, i made a video about how the nameless king was inspired by Dracula and the Solomonarie

#EldenRing - i've posted on here before about how a large portion of the lore is literally just copy/pasted from Fevre Dream, and i'm currently making a video about that...

#Sekiro - a story about a "wolf man" who becomes immortal through the blood of another immortal, when Wolf was on the brink of death (in Miyazaki's favorite book, Fevre Dream, as well as a lot of other stories, vampires and werewolves are the same thing)

Demon's Souls - idk i only played that once, wasn't that into it

#Duskbloods - i mean, come on...
