Eg. when #nameRegistries have different persistence policies.
We looked into this and found a number of conflicting addresses. When visiting one of these sites we weren't informed a conflict existed among our three #addressBooks.
Can #eepsites gain redundency from this or will the router always pick the same address?
LisPi@qurlyjoe It's kind of orthogonal to the earlier conversation, but shortly put, #i2p is an anonymization #mixnet and #eepsites are simply sites primarily or exclusively intended to be reachable from it.
It's possible through some clever cryptography to make an endpoint solely reachable by a given set of keys, among other options, so that not even all #i2p users can reach the endpoint.
One could host #fediverse servers on it. Some do, but bridging to the normal #clearnet is complicated.

Its for verify a site belongs to a fedizen. Does verification work for I2P #eepsites?
BTW try to use the proper term, 'fediverse', rather than simply 'mastodon'.

Almost two months ago we learned Cloudflare'd banks are blocking selected individuals from access. Its especially troubling given **most of our banks are now Cloudflare**!
We need #banks that respect people.
That starts with banks serving their data themselves and ditching #Cloudflare. It extends to banks becoming #keyStores for #publicKeys (for ssl *and* for #eepsites).
PSA: At this time it is vital that we #UseTorForEverything, including #hosting #onionSites and #eepsites…
Tor, #I2P or nothing!
The more who use #TorBrowser and I2P the better, helping people in oppressed countries disguise their traffic. If everyone is using Tor, and I2P it means people will be able to transact information with the confidence that #NetworkAnalysis is less likely to reveal who said what.
If you are a corner store, invite people to use your #WiFi if they have #Orbot or I2P.
