Ecstatic Dance ist ein Raum für freies, intuitives Tanzen – ganz ohne feste Schritte, Vorgaben oder Erwartungen.
Im Mittelpunkt steht das bewusste Feiern – ohne Alkohol, Drogen oder andere Substanzen. Die Idee ist sich von der Musik leiten zu lassen - ob allein, in der Gruppe oder mit geschlossenen Augen - jede*r tanzt so, wie es sich im Moment richtig anfühlt – wild, sanft, langsam oder energetisch.

Die Musik bei Ecstatic Dance ist vielseitig und abwechslungsreich. Eine Reise durch verschiedene Stimmungen – von ruhigen Klangwelten bis hin zu treibenden Beats. Elektronische Sounds, Weltmusik, Tribal, Ambient und mehr verschmelzen zu einem Klangteppich, der zum Eintauchen und Loslassen einlädt.

Der Raum ist sicher und achtsam gestaltet, sodass jede*r sich frei und ungefiltert ausdrücken kann. Es geht darum, ganz bei sich zu sein, in Verbindung mit der Musik, dem eigenen Körper und der Energie der Gruppe.

Ecstatic Dance schenkt Momente voller Freude, Lebendigkeit und Leichtigkeit. Es ist eine Einladung, den Kopf loszulassen, im Körper anzukommen und ganz im Hier und Jetzt zu sein - bewegt, authentisch und lebendig.

Um dabei zu sein ist keine Tanzerfahrung nötig. Außerdem gibt es keine Altersbeschränkung.
