I actually utilised the power of forethought yesterday.

Today, instead of waiting until the heat of the afternoon as an excuse to NOT use my indoor exercise bike, I chose to go for a cycle ride OUTDOORS early doors.

It also helped that I'd made sure my battery had enough juice.

It was weird not having a backpack full of work gear weighing me down, though.
