Another image taken rightwards, across the open space of the high school gymnasium where the tracks were laid out. The focus on the camera for these images is fixed, and I'm not using the viewfinder; just scoping it out by watching over the hotshoe. This competitor, the Jammer in pink is in a number of images; she was particularly striking to see in action. A full face of warpaint, and the most powerful athleticism. She features again, and again; this forward-leaning aggressive stance, arms, legs absolutely powering her way along the track.
