2pm Tomorrow at #Portland City Hall, you should tell your outgoing mayor and council that the #E82ndAve plan doesn't have any bus lanes and repaving four car lanes without fixing sidewalks, transit, or bike lanes, was not the kind of change we fought for (and several people got killed there) in getting this jurisdictional transfer and funding from the state. #pdxBikes #OregonWalks
