another year, another Dyke March in Amsterdam! on the 27th of June we will get together for the 5th time as a strong, loving community from all across the country to take on the streets of the capital and raise funds for mutual aid. ❤️‍🔥
in order to make all of this happen, we need help with all types of tasks 🪜 like making beautiful posters, creating the safety plan for the march, organising the fundraiser and more. our collective is driven by passionate volunteers and members, and we always love to welcome new people. 👐🏼

Le Dyke March nordamericane sono delle marce queer intersezionali, politiche e non commerciali, un'alternativa e una risposta ai Pride istituzionali pieni di sponsor. Organizzate dal basso da e per soggettività dyke (termine inglese storicamente usato come slur contro le soggettività saffiche, qui riappropriato), mirano a rivendicare spazio e visibilità delle istanze dyke. Queste Dyke March declinano il termine come una identità politica, comunitaria e di lotta, includendo al suo interno persone di ogni genere, orientamento sessuale, età, religione, abilità, classe, status di immigrazione e razzializzazione. In coerenza con questi principi, le Dyke March di diverse città nordamericane hanno preso delle posizioni antiassimilazioniste e anticapitaliste, contro la mercificazione del Pride, per l'abolizione della polizia, antimperialiste e contro il genocidio del popolo palestinese.

Ritrovandoci nell'approccio e nelle modalità di queste Dyke March, la Marciona chiama una assemblea aperta per costruire insieme e dal basso, da qui ai prossimi mesi, la Dyke March di Milano: una manifestazione antagonista transfemminista queer centrata sulle rivendicazioni dyke e saffiche, includendo le istanze delle persone lesbiche, bisessuali, trans, non binarie, queer, intersessuali, asessuali, aromantiche, insieme a tutte le altre soggettività che si rivedono nel termine dyke.

Ci vediamo sabato 18 aprile alle 18:30 a Piano Terra (via Confalonieri, 3) per la prima assemblea! Per chi non potesse venire a Milano, ci sará la possibilitá di collegarsi da remoto.
