Note: there is no ./public/ in the URL now. This helps with confidence in configuring the "Composer.json" stuff, so the #PHP #PSR4 #Autoloader will function as desired after #composer #dumpautoload (which i've yet to exectute! [ 10:42 EST ]

at least now, i can fix it, and know it will "work" on any system. basically. PHP 7+ at least. LOL
