Restarted Duloxetine a few days ago after stopping it for a while. Extreme itching turned out to be fibromyalgia flaring up. The meds helped, but now I'm struggling to stay awake. Spent half the day crashed in the recliner, and yesterday had to cut my workout short from fatigue. Can't wait for my body to readjust!

I'm in the weird place of having 5 months (yes, months) of #Duloxetine / #Cymbalta. That's 150 pills.

I don't want to waste them, but I don't take them anymore. Is there any way to get them to people who need it?

7 weeks on Duloxetine. Massive improvements to mood, energy, and pain! I feel like I have my life back again. POTS flare-ups aren't any more common but are more severe when I do have them, with added vertigo. (yay)

HOWEVER sleep isn't great. I don't feel rested in the morning. I guess it's Restless Leg Syndrome, they move all night. I've actually worn a hole in our sheet! Hoping this improves.

All in all, worth it.

Started #duloxetine (#Cymbalta for north Americans lol) today for the 1st time.

Hoping combined with starting + actually taking #Lamotrigine (#Lamictal - mood stabiliser) that it will help my mood.

I’ve been off meds for months so makes sense to start the new #antidepressants now (originally was moving from #sertraline aka #Zoloft but haven’t taken it in ages lol) so might as well give it a go.

Hoping for stability + renewed resilience/positivity but maybe a miracle ask 😂 #mentalhealth

Day three on Duloxetine. Lots of shakes and tremors, some nausea, very low appetite. No difference in mood yet, but mild increase in anxiety. POTS symptoms were a bit worse on day one but it passed quickly. Almost no EDS pain today, which is a very welcome change. Absolutely exhausted. If I'm still this tired after a week I'll try taking it at night instead of the morning. It's no picnic but I'm staying the course.

I am hopeful it will help with pain, but even more hopeful that it will boost my mental well-being, raise the bar of what I can accomplish in a day, and keep my spirits up while on this wild health journey.

I saw a psychiatrist for an #ADHD assessment. Instead, he formalised a #GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) diagnosis - which my GP has been treating with #Duloxetine (Cymbalta).

He decided to further treat my GAD by putting me on #Divalproex.

It has been a week now, and the side effects are not pleasent: dizziness, muscle aches, extreme tiredness and tremors.

Has anyone else on Divalproex experienced these side effects? Do they reduce over time?

I have one more week of withdrawing from #duloxetine and I haven’t felt this light in months and months. I’m laughing more and acting like a diddy, back to having my daft half hour at bedtime, much to George’s amusement/dismay. I know this may just be the honeymoon period and my mood may plummet again, but I’m giddy with lightness.
