Lawmaker Suhas Subramanyam recently wrote to Ferguson asking her to give evidence in an ongoing probe into Epstein’s sex‑trafficking operations, but as a non‑U.S. citizen she is not obligated to appear. She was last seen publicly at Princess Beatrice’s christening in London in December and is believed to be on a “secret sofa‑surfing world tour,” staying with friends in the UAE, an Irish wellness retreat in Donegal, and even a high‑cost recovery clinic in Zurich. Her avoidance of the U.S. appears to be part of a broader effort to stay out of the spotlight while the legal and public scrutiny surrounding her and her former husband continues.
