My #headphones broke today. A piece of plastic snapped. Without it in place, the part that goes on top of the wearer's head came apart.

That part has to bend to accommodate the wearer's head shape, yet still hold together tightly so it doesn't come apart.

I thought there was no way #ductTape could hold it together. I thought there was no way duct tape would be tight enough. Surely the bending force would simply push the tape aside.

I WAS WRONG.

Never underestimate the power of duct tape!

In a pinch, a "knob-extender" like this can be made by wrapping thinner strips of #ductTape around the knob until it is the circumference that helps you tune the #radio easier as well
