I mean if I'd never heard another drum kit, would this one still seem a bit odd? And why is it odd in a way that seems hard to love? I want to love it so much! Kudos to the sampling engineers for capturing what's 'different' about it.
OK, the snare and kick are the biggest offenders. Often the toms sound 'better' than other toms in other kits. 🤯
