There's a YouTuber named Ashley Neal who is a driving instructor that trains driving instructors. (You may know the name from elsewhere.)

Xe regularly complains that there are shortages of good qualified people in the system, and too many dodgy people. Xe has also complained at how hard it is to get bookings for xyr pupils, to get tested for being driving instructors.
