Being an artist is weird sometimes. By this I mean, sometimes it's weird enough for even me to notice it's weird. Take for instance this watercolour of a gull coming in for a landing.

1) I dreamt about painting it with such clarity I still had the muscle memory of it when I woke up (and was able to recreate it first thing this morning)
2) I remember it being called "Sparkling Panhandle." So that's what it's called.

Sixty days to go till I move back to the UK and here are three, pre-2000 paintings waiting to be packed.
