So many cool references in this article. The Matrix, Inception, Dream Scenario, Minority Report, the psychedelic cults of California... If only we had a simple category label to tie all these things together. 🤔

As is clearly the case with #cyberpunk, one has to remember that every cool piece of #dreampunk tech is bound to be used against us by our capitalist overlords, but it may still have value if treated with due caution. And that includes psychoactive chemicals, which were (and I assume continue to be) a major part of government-funded mind control but also fueled the countercultural revolution of the 1960s.
