Undead ZeratulThe next #RetroGame up on our VODs is one that, while we didn'take much headway here, we won't be seeing the last of. I've been wanting to play the Nier series of games and once I found out that Drakengard of all things relates to it, a game I remember from my childhood for reasons that I won't spoil here although I regret to inform won't be shown for a while now, I knew I had to start down this long and winding road.
It starts off like an odd, clunky Musou clone, but honestly comes into its own with the dragon fights and just plain outlandish endings. We'll definitely be back for this one.
