Going down(stairs)

I've never really liked stairs, especially open ones. Probably because I am not a big fan from looking down while moving. Ow, I have been up stairs, I went up on observation towers to take some pictures, or capture some video. And, it was always a challenge for me to get back down properly again. But, I noticed that, since the hip surgery that I had in September 2021, my fear of walking down stairs has increased. I struggle a lot more to take the first step, or first few steps. If there is no railing to hold on to, I have a big problem, as I do need that rail to hold on to when taking the first few steps. […]
