Found in the boxes. I first read this in 1982 (this very copy! The Amidala bookmark is more recent) and I'm continually surprised how much of his later research program was explicitly laid out here.

I *last* read it sometime in the 80's, probably, but there's a lot of fraying tape on it, because I read it often enough to start wearing out the cover. So, since I'm retracing his footsteps now, I figured it was probably time to reread it.
