That toot from @retroprom about dosemu2 has made me wonder if it's worth writing a SIBO C SDK setup tutorial around dosemu2, in addition to the one I'm writing using #dosbox.

Trouble is, #dosemu2 is Linux-only. Fine for me, not so fine for others.

Does anyone know if Windows and macOS have viable alternatives to DOSBox similar to dosemu2?

Any old #DataPerfect users out there? I just set up WP Shell 4 under #dosemu2 and it purrs! No reason, just nostalgia for when I used it to organise our secondary school enrollments and lots more.

How would I get dosemu to listen on a port? Or can I pass a socket into to dosemu from command line?
