Finale -> Dorico

This is a pretty helpful tutorial on adapting to Dorico for Finale users. It helped me out quite a bit.

Also, the host says they are currently working on an update so we will be able to use the arrow keys to input notes! :)

Current thoughts on #dorico5 5.1 - they keep prioritizing playback, which I guess is cool for those who don't have NotePerformer. Most professionals do, though, and we don't need Iconica Sketch (which doesn't hold a candle to NP, or MuseSounds for that matter).

I just want more aleatoric stuff, better percussion editing, and other writing/engraving improvements
